Depends if you've done anything to give her a reason not to believe you. You can't force someone to realize anything, but if you tell her exactly what you feel for her, instead of what you think is the right thing to say, she'll know you're for real. Good luck.

If she has been "just a friend" so far, you could ask her out and take it from there. She will know by how you treat her. After you go out a few times, if you two hit it off, you could start talking to her about your feelings. But I think it's more evident in your actions and how you treat her!

i think you should look dead in her eyes and tell her how much you love her and that she is the only person you think the most about. you also have to show her or prove it to her by doing something big for her that she can never forget about it.

definitely tell her, but actions speak louder than words. you need a big gesture (ie doing her a huge unexpected favor, planning an extravagant surprise night where you pour out your feelings)
or you could propose if she really is the one?
