i don't even understand what you're asking.
why don't you try going to the company website? more often than not they'll have troubleshooting tips for you phone or online tech support.

just switch off the mobile for some 5 min than on it
if this doesnt work then there might be too many files or folders in the memory of ur cell phone for this u hav to delete some files

There is a forum for people who like to tinker and modify their motorola phones. Check the URL below and select a forum and ask for advice on that forum. If you are lucky you may be able to reinstall the os on your phone, or else you will acquire an expensive paperweight!!!
