i want to now that accident prone people don't have contro in their lives and emotions

when my brother was small, he used to throw the biggest tantrums on all of us. all he can drive back then is a yellow-matchbox car with his hand.
now he's a full grown up, he still throw tantrums from time to time,
but boy, he's the best driver in town.

No. It's a ridiculous generalization. Plenty of reasonable, levelheaded people get into traffic accidents through inexperience or bad luck.

Well! anything is possible, However! I have not seen a study done on it yet. The premise is logical.
