Ask you General Practitioner to refer you to one. I've never heard of a medical doctor that specializes in only back problems, but specialties that deal with back problems are orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management. Most specialists require a referral from your family doctor though, so speak to your GP about getting a referral.
A Chiropractor is not necessarily a doctor, though a good one will do x rays and take a thorough health history before doing any treatments. Expect to go 3 times a week to start and spread that out to once a month over time. Most Chiropractors recommend a monthly adjustment to keep everything in line.
Massage is also very beneficial for back pain as MOST backpain is muscle related. Massage helps to loosen up those tense muscles and relieve the pain.
Strengthening the muscles that support your back is also essential. Once you find out exactly what is causing your pain, speak with a trainer that can set up an exercise program to strengthen abdominal muscles, leg muscles and back muscles.
Good luck, back pain sucks!!

Those are chiropractors or orthopedic doctors. Try just looking them up in your local phone book.

You can also go to another doctor. Or you can go to a drug store (CVS, RiteAid, etc...) and get medicine. They have a lot of over the counter medicines to treat yeast infections. Go in the store, pick one and buy it. A lot of people do that instead of going to the doctors. I know plenty of people who do because their embarrassed to see the doctor cause they think the doctor would think their nasty, which is ironic since their there to help you lol. Just go to a drug store if anything.

Try a chiropractor. That's their specialty. Did you think long and hard before coming here to ask that question?
