I love the name Cade! That is my son's name. However, if you are going to call him Cade, I would spell his name Caden (the i would not be necessary).

I think Caiden is a great name. its not a common name and its unique as well, for the nickname, I would also suggest Den although Cade is perfectly fine.

Love the name- my son is due 22 Jan and his name will be Kaiden, as well. Some other names we looked at while coming to this conclusion were Kale, Kamron, and Kenton. Also, my older son's name is Kaleb. (We have a thing for K's) :) Good luck!

Hayden is another simular one...
I would actually suggest Kaiden or Kade in place of those names. The C looks unusual (but not exotic or charming) and suggests a strange pronounciation like "KIE-DEN". or "SAYDE"
