I have posted other questions about this in the past two days, but I'm very confused. If my period is not supposed to come until Dec. 26th, why am I having cramps right now?? Could it just be ovulation cramps? How can you tell the difference between Implantation cramps, and ovulation cramps? Also,I had unprotected sex on Friday and Sunday. What is the earliest you can have implantation cramps? I'm pretty sure its too early to have any symptoms of pregnancy, but I'm just curious as to why I'm having these cramps. Any thoughts, and has anyone ever experienced similar cramping two weeks BEFORE their period?

You may have a magnesium deficiency. Try taking 2 calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3x daily on days you cramp, and one tab 3x daily on non-cramping days. This seems to help most folks. You can also try taking vitamin E 400 IU daily.

When your ovaries expell an egg, you can get cramps.
