Using and understanding the exploitation theory of prejudice, how can we make permanent social, economic, and political changes toward having more equality of all people living in the US?

Improve educational opportunities for everyone. End all preferences, quotas etc.

Yes and even without the laws we have, we as a nation have been showing that it's possible and can be done. (I think France, England, Australia and New Zealand are doing that also. I'm not sure about other countries.)

What people have to do is stop looking at the color of a persons skin and start looking at peoples characters.

(I will admit to not trusting Muslims, but I will give them fair shot at changing my mind and I have a few now that I trust completely. Since it's not fair to judge an entire religious culture for the wrongs of a few.)

The answer is in Leviticus.
But everyone with self prides, self lack of knowledge,self rudeness with self discrimination of self racism blindly kick the butts of our creator in planet of apes.
While living in misery in making a monkey out of ourselves in planet of apes.
