If ur under the age of 35, statistically it should take u 6 mos to a year to conceive. After that length of time u should see a Dr. about possible fertility problems. If the STD's were taken care of, u should b ok. Of course u might want to see ur Dr. soon just to be sure.
Good luck!

I very much doubt the STDs will have affected your chances of conceiving if you were treated and checked out at the time they would have told you then if there had been any damage. 6 months isn't that long to try for a baby, you could try using those ovulation tests to make sure you are having sex at the optimum time. Good luck

Its highly doubtful that they caused anything for you not to get pregnant. It depends on what they were. It may just be that you aren't have sex at the right times or that the person you are with has a problem with making a baby or something. Try for a few more months and get an ovulation kit to find out the right times. Then if that doesn't work talk to a nurse or doctor.

unlikely, std'd would have done you any long term damage!! a doctor usually wont look in to why you arnt conceiving until you've been trying either a year or 18 months!
Usually when people stop trying and stop stressing about it then they get 'caught' Good luck wih adding to your family :)
