This particular song is not among my favourite, but in general, i have a weak spot for Cohen. My fave album is The Future, I also love a lot of older songs.
What i love about his style of singing is how his deep, one dimensional voice gets complimented SO much by those gorgeous background choruses. From the viewpoint of a composer, you can learn SO much about backing vocals if you listen to his compositions.
Although his musical style is FAR from my favourite genre, i just have to give credit where it's due. The man's a farking genius, end of debate.

I think he is an incredibly gifted writer but his singing.. ummmm no comment lol.
