Dreams are expressions of thoughts, feelings, and awarenesses—that are represented through the creation of sensory environments in our minds. The creation of the dreamscape is caused by stimulation of the sensory cortex, that occurs naturally during REM sleep.

Yes, it is normal. I've dreamed of celebrities many times, among them were Josh Groban (3 times), Howard Stern[ew!]( one time)
Daniel Craig (1x), Viggo Mortesen (2 times)...and more that I can't remember.

It symbolizes "social and attention"

Dreams of friendly interaction with celebrities reflect feeling of increased social status-a celeb treats us "like an equal".

So, you're normal.
