I'm supposed to do research on an actress' different roles and the characters she played.

Well how do you describe a character? Just use simple words like finally being free she wanted to try the things she's been supressing for so many years?

How would you describe someone you know? I describe people by their characteristics, their choices and why they make them, their motivations, their likes/dislikes. What makes them who they are. What shapes them?
