Cell phones for many people have become a mean for communication and for emergencies and a lot of people now use cell phones instead of house phones.

dude thats a hard question cause when i didnt have one everyone had one now that i have one no one has one i would say arond 70% of ppl have a cell phone some r even gettin rid of there home phones cause they have a cell
