Are they making a Sex and the City movie? And if they are , would you pay good money to go and see it? I wouldn't. Seeing Sex and the City on TV is one thing, but to pay to see it. I don't think so.

I heard about it on the radio in an interview with Kristin Davis. On the IMDB forums its supposedly the wedding of Carrie and Big, Samantha lives in Europe, Carrie- California, Miranda- Brooklyn, and Charlotte- Connecticut. But i don't know if I like the idea. I am excited to see them all again but, I mean, Charlotte most likely has a toddler like 3 years old(the Asian girl she most likely adopted), Miranda will have like, 6 year old Brady, and what could Samantha be doing? I could also never really see Carrie getting married. I don't know why.

Don't think I am being a downer. Its just I'm afraid they are going to take something so good and ruin it.

I'm not sure if they are making the movie or not. I recently heard it brought up again but in honesty didn't pay close attention. I wouldn't go to see a movie either. The ending of that series was great and to me it would be crasping at something to make money. Carrie walking down the street and her cell phone rings and it doesn't say Mr. Big, it says John. It was closure to a good show in my eyes.

BUT nowadays its all about redoing an old movie, or sequels (part 1, 2, 3, 79 - you get my point) or making tv shows into a movie.

I don't know to me good things should be left exactly as they are.

Ive heard a movie is in the making - will mostly focus on a wedding for carrie and big. I am excited about this and will pay to see the movie. If its good, I might even buy it too. I am a proud owner of all 6 seasons of Sex and the City and have no hesitation about going out to see them on the big screen in the theater :)

They were making the movie but the lady that played Samantha was against it.
I would love to see it in the movies because I'm still in love with it. I would love to know what has happened because the last episode was an ending but I don't feel it was a closing.
