Tell her thanks for the gift, however gracious it is you need to do a fair and honest review for the sake of the company and your superiors. If she indeed is getting a good review it will be a non-issue, just thank her but tell her the gift had no bearing on the review.
Good luck!

Say you appreciate the gift but you don't feel comfortable accepting it as this time. If she's an otherwise good employee and you were going to keep her around anyway, then just be gracious, thanks but no thanks. If she hasn't done well at your company, be stern thanks you but I feel like this might be a bribe, considering the issues we've had in the past. You may offend her but you are the boss and as such you have to be strict with your employees.

I would tell her that I appreciate the gift and the thought but I could not appect the gift. Tell her that she does not need to bribe you, that you will do the review on her work.

Refuse the gift, tell her frankly that it is inappropriate, and if she seems genuinely confused (is she VERY young?), accept her apology. But also include mention of the incident in her record.
This has got to be considered a bold attempt to bribe. If it is, it is also a pretty naive one. Is she young, or just stupid?
