Inspiration comes from anything and everything... a leaf blowing in the wind or a single word sometimes not even anything, you're mind does the work for you~

I think this is a hard question to answer, but it might be that you see the sort of things other people have created, and then when certain things present themselves to you you try to put them together in a similar way.
Or you get insperation from things and then you think of a way that you can create your own thing using a different route.
And then i think that there could be some times when you try to see how things should be instead of the way things are, as if there is an omission in the way things are done, and you could keep trying to find different paths until one of them appears to lead to the thing you have in mind.
Personally i dont think this covers all of it.
