Well- first of all- they are joking when they say you should go somewhere that sells negative sizes (sizes go from 0 to 00 and 000 not negative numbers)
Go to Abercrombie, Hollister, or Perhaps American Eagle. I know for sure Abercrombie has SUPER tiny sizes because they target hot skinny girls (and hollister is the same company so probably has similar sizes)

You should try to get junior clothings like kids size clothing or maybe get your clothes personally custome made so that there fitted at your interest

I think your best bet would be children's clothing. Try a 14 or 16 in kids. Old Navy has really cute stuff. Hopefully you're not too tall.

Shop in the childrens sizes if you're really that small. Thats the sizes that come before adult sizes.

shop in misses sizes. you may have to buy little girls' clothes. Go for it.......when I shop for my lil' daughter I get jealous of the styles they have for her anyway..........they have some very cute clothes....TRY IT !!!
