Yes it is wrong. In many states the 25 year old could be arrested. He would be if he was messing with my 16 year old I promise you.

Is it wrong or is it legal?

Is it wrong? No, I would not say so, not if they love each other and are happy.

Is it legal? Depends on the state. Most states have an AoC (Age of Consent) of 16 -- in which case its fine. A few have an AoC of 17 and a very few of 18 -- in those states what they are doing is illegal and they should be careful.

The most important thing is that they are happy. Don't buy the pap that someone will no doubt post that the 25 year old is "exploiting" the 16 year old. It's unlikely that he is. My partner, with whom I've been for 15 years on the 2nd of January fell in love with me when he was 16, but checked for Age of Consent and deliberately waited until he was legal to be with me in our state to seduce me. We are still together and our friends, including ALL of our straight friends (of which we have more than we have gay friends) would tell you that we are the most successful couple they know -- and I can tell you, we are the happiest couple I know.

Don't judge other people's relationships. It never works.

Regards,

Reyn

Though I am not gay myself (far from it) but when it comes to a relationship upon the two.. the sixteen year old is still experimenting with his own sexuality while the 25 year old knows where he stands on that level so to the older one .. he'd better watch out because once that 16 year old finds himself, It may not be pretty for the other... Remember He is a teenager and they all make mistakes thinking that they know better... Adding that it is against the law upon the age difference.

Relationship is wrong W-R-O-N-G only because a 25 year old should not be going out with W-I-T-H a 16 year old weather they are gay or hetero.

Why on earth would a 25 year old man need to go out with an underaged kid? It doesn't matter what their gender is or what their sexual orientation... A 16 year old is still a kid.

I am saying precisely what others have said, yet mine gets thumbs down?? WTF is with these thumb trolls? A 25 year old has no business going out with a 16 year old.

What is wrong here is that you cant spell, and what's it got to do with you. As long as 16 is of the legal age wherever you are, then it's ok, if he's under the legal limit then it's wrong.

Right and wrong are actually kind of reletive in this case. There may be legal problems in the relationship, as one is young. This, of course, depends on the legal age of consent in your particular state. Aside from legal matters which are primarily involved with sex, there is nothing inherently wrong with the relationship
