No, dear, you do not need to replace it. Gently iron it out and put it face up on the shiny side of a piece of freezer paper. You can pin the end of the roll to the ironing board, place the flat pieces on the shiny surface, COVER WITH A SCRAP SHEET OF PATTERN TISSUE, and press. Gently, so as not to move things around.
Now cut out the pieces from the freezer paper, and you have sturdy permanent pattern pieces. They have lost their transparency, but they are otherwise perfectly useful pattern pieces. And they will last a long, long time.
In the future, you can do this as one sheet of pattern paper before it is cut out, and eliminate the need for the scrap tissue to cover the open parts of the plastic coating. You do that to keep it off the sole plate of the iron, where it makes an awful mess.
If one or more pieces are missing, it is sometimes possible to re-draw them with reference to the pattern instruction sheet and the other pieces. Otherwise, you may need to check eBay to see if someone is selling such a pattern, but it will be expensive if it's uncut, and possibly worthless if it is not.

Raggedy Ann and Andy are cute previous toys :) Their hair is a lot shorter than yours, and they have vast eyes and striped legs. Your avatar seems more advantageous like an anime personality. i wish I spelled that accurate; Spellcheck curiously doesn't comprehend a thanks to spell anime, both :o

Simplicity still makes the patterns. Check Joann's and Hancock's ads online. They often have patterns for $1.99 or $1 each on weekends.
These are the officially licensed ones.

Just transfer your pattern onto tissue paper.Iron your old one flat and then on a hard surface-retrace it to the newly(also ironed flat) tissue.Just be careful your new pen/pencil will not bleed through.I've done this with several items;because they don't make them anymore.Have several times with a baby crib pattern from1973.
