How to disable a service only in a guest login?

I want to disable a service in only guest login, when giving it to my friends when they r using guest account.

But it should work on admin account simultanously, when i login on admin account. How to do this??

I don’t think there is any way unless you talking about leveraging privileges (which could be considered “hack”).
