That is a good question that you should be asking your self. Why are you staying away from things that make you nervous? You made a point to tell us that you are attractive. DO you think that attractiveness alone will make you confident? Confidence is something that comes from within you and it is built by having the right experiences in your life. If you win a game 200 times your confidence in that game is astronomical, and on one can tell you that you will lose the next time you play it. Confidence comes from knowing that you are doing the right thing, every time. It comes from looking at a situation the way it is, not the way you wish it was and facing it head on, expecting to win. And finally confidence comes from the people you surround your self with. If they are always negative, then that is how you will be

Confidence is built by successful experineces. Find ways that you can succeed at things. Start out with small successes. Find people who will build you up. Avoid people who are competitive or those who put you down. Hang around people who are win win people. Those who don't compete to win or loose but want you and everyone to be a winner.Peace & Love.

believe in yourself...people lack confidence from not believing in yourself! If your friends say that you are a beatiful girl believe them..look in a mirror and think about how you feel about yourself. Don't think about your flaws because everyone has flaws, no one is perfect. But look in a mirror and think about what you like most about yourself. Is it your eyes, your nose, the way that you are shape. I hope i helped you!

so you had a bad year but how many years before that were good???? The good always out weighs the bad. Wake up each morning and try something new during that day you will eventually bounce back to your old self. Your friends shouldn't be talking to you like that it is helping you any!

beleive in yourself. once you start doing that then others will also beleive in you and your confidence will return. losing your confidence can happen to all of us. we just need to try to get it back and i know you can do it.
