I am only 13 weeks but have been unable to walks on some days. the midwife says it cant be as it dosent happen until later but I had this with my first and the doctor has confirmed this for the second.

Edit: Oh ouch! Other than keeping off your feet and taking tylenol (only pain reliever that is safe) I'm not sure. You have my sympathies though.

HI yes swimming will help, but how far along are you?also heat pads, and a pillow under your back at night if you haven't got a firm mattress, good luck, you have my sympathy. hi again just editing to ask weather you have tried a tens machine? it passes electric pulses over the effected area which release natural endorphins to ease pain, ask your doctor, good luck.
