I am 49 and my husband still worrys about pregnancy ! Im pre meno and I thought at my age you are pretty much unable to concieve.Is this true?

Not only are you able to conceive, but you will have a much higher rate of complications with the birth!

Try using Natural Family Planning instead of using birth control. If done correctly, they have the same success rates!

After a year without a period has elapsed you are very unlikely to conceive if you're 49 now. But until that clear year without a period has passed, it's still possible you might conceive.

Average age at menopause is actually over 50.

Yes you can still conceive at your age.

You have other options like getting your tubes tied. Your hubby can get a vesectomy. There are condoms and there are non hormonal birth control methods such as things like IUDs.

Hello. I wouldn't risk it at your age. Cause of all the risk. I would suggest your husband go get fixed.

is it somthing you want to risk?... I wouldn't want to even imagine being pregnant @ 49! so why even take the risk....
