Light bulb. I assume you mean without any artificial light? Otherwise the answer would be we'd all be using gaslight and kerosene lamps. With no artificial light we'd get along, but our buildings would have to have plenty of windowed space; the modern fortress-style of building (such as those with gun-slit style windows which many new government offices are using) would be impractical. Skylights would be more popular. Night life wouldn't exist; the sun sets and it's goodnight. Lack of artificial light implies we couldn't produce TVs or computer monitors that produce their own light, but still could use LCDs backlit by natural light. Many manufacturing processes used controlled light sources, like photo-etching and laser processes; these would all be nonexistent. Our machinery and electronics would lack indicator lights, so meters and warning sounders would have to take their place. I imagine there are many other details of life that we take for granted that would be missing.
