I wouldn't think so, theres alot of dodgepot phones on ebay, some are barred in the uk, which means they've been nicked. I would check with the insurance company 1st also you'll need proof of purchase, and ownership,

No, pure and simple, you need to have proof of purchase etc. If you bought it from a company you may be ok, but otherwise no.
