I can't speak from experience as a gay man (being a straight girl) but I work in HR and from the companies I have worked for, the most gay men I have seen employed in one company is in fashion.

well I'm a teacher - so I guess that means I'm not a florist or a hairdresser - mind you some kids need a good haircut and I can do a mean dried flower arrangement if pushed!

Somehow I've fallen backwards into a someewhat stereotypical profession.

You can not really pigeon hole any worker / occupation. Gay / Bi men are in nearly all walks of life.

I bartend with a gay man. I love him to death and wouldn't trade him for the world!
He has a great personality, which is common for gays, and the customers love him....
I wouldn't want to work with anyone else@!

The only gay men I know work as rent boys. Not sure what that is probably some sort of estate agents or something.
