I need to get a credit card for work and I have lousy credit. It will be in my company's name, but my name will be on the card... Will they do a credit check? And should I have any problems getting one?

if it's a credit card for your business, then it will be under their name, just with your name on the card. that has nothing to do with your credit.

The credit card company shouldn't check your credit since it is a company card. However, your employer may check your credit themselves if they didn't already do it when you were hired.

Of course, any sane card issuer will check the credit of the person on the card being issued!

I would think they would only check the credit of your company - you'll just be authorized to use it
