Not sure.
There's certainly a chocolate named after a town: Bournville, UK. The Bournville area is now a suburban district of Birmingham, but around the turn of the century was a rural village where the Cadbury family set up their large chocolate factory.

The Cadbury family started making chocolate in Birmingham, England in 1824. One of their products was dark chocolate and so as to enable customers to distinguish it from their milk chocolate they named it Bournville after the area of Birmingham where the factory was situated. Their address is

For the record, Hershey, PA is not named after choclate. It is named after Milton S Hershey, founder of the Hershey Choclate Company.

ya it's in PA, the whole town has chocolate designs, evens the lights are shaped like kisses and they've got a theme park to with chocolate theme
