When I was in the 3rd grade we had a talent show. My friend Zelda sang a song I thought was Madonna, but it wasn't on Madonna's CD...maybe it was on a soundtrack? The lyrics I remember are: "get up. stand tall. put your back up against the wall. cause my love is dangerous. this is a bust." Oh, and if it's not Madonna does anyone know who sings this song?

I remember that number too.. the song you want is "White Heat" adn it was off of Madonna's True Blue album. It was the B-side to the single, "Open Your Heart" which I actually purchased on 45 back in the day after seeing the video.

Ah yes.. praise fishnet stockings!

hope this helps.

Yes I do think she is a bit old to be singing the kind of songs she sings. Not only that, but her dance moves are somewhat inappropriate for her age too.
