I'm trying to help my brother to find work. He is 56 years old and all his working life has done contract work Painting and Decorating. Over the last two years or so these contracts have totally dried up and he finds himself at 56 unable to find work. I'm looking for employment agencies that deal in Manual/Semi skilled vacancies for senior people. This may sound simple but has prooved to be quite a difficult task.

Try Perduco (search for it), they mostly do building staff, but they may have knowledge of a company that deals with decorating etc.

Has he considered setting up his own interior decoration company offering services to start with to people in the neighborhood?
