I have seen this before. It is mainly nervous frustration. If you do not feel ready for the test, then go over what you think will be necessary. Make certain that you have the information categorized so that you can study several topics at once. You OBVIOUSLY deserve this opportunity or you would not be able to take the test at all. Sometimes a set of snacks and a radio on LOW VOLUME will also help. Just before the test... Look over the material quickly and remind yourself of the reasons that you deserve this position as well as the fact that you have passed tests before that are more important than this one! Have a GOOD TESTING and Happy Holidays!

You mean you want to know how to keep your mind from 'wandering'! Obviously, you need to sharpen your ability to focus on what you are doing at any given time! For instance, in framing the question, you seem to have lacked concentration with the result the last word has not been properly used. Please don't get offended, it is just an example to show that you can do better than what you are now! Good luck in your endeavours!

Your mind is trying to trip you up and keep you wandering. Don't let your mind keep you unfocused Visualize what your goal is, be yourself during the test, relax cause tense feelings give tight answers, Place yourself in the future as a Manager. Be there, See it, feel it, believe it, you have to actually know it.

Being a manager means that you have to be able to handle more that one thing at a time. If you cannot do that you might not be ready for management.

Make up your mind....and stay focus of what you want. In this scenario not much we could do...... you have to prioratise your need.
