How to find out if a doctor is certified?

I know there is a website where you can find out about doctors and where they have practiced. Does anyone know?

You need to contact your state licensing board to find out if the doctor is licensed to practice in your state. Most states give backgrounds on the doctors including any disciplinary actions, where they went to school, etc. You would most likely contact the Department of Health of your state to find this information.
