I figure if I can make the body invisible, hopefully I wouldn't have too many problems making clothing invisible (see links below).
Some of the things I would do:
1. Area 51 to find out what all the fuss is about (I hope they don't have the heat sensors on)
2. Sporting events - right on the field
3. Awards shows - Oscars etc..
4. Courtrooms
5.
6.
7.
8.

PS: You might be interested in looking at some real life invisibility suits. We are getting there - this question may soon no longer be within the realm of conjecture as the physics behind bending light (and other methods) is scientifically feasible...
