is there any way to get to a website that's been blocked?

I'm assuming you are in school. No, there is no way without risking getting detention, suspension or even expulsion if you are caught (and you probably would be). It is blocked because of security and/or bandwidth issues.

I think it works by when your school block system would block any website containing any word that is bad such as: hack, porn, or mabey myspace.

Ive been testing it on search engines, lol.

You really cant though.
