I got into a situation that was bad and could have been avoided but it wasn't so thats why i'm writing. So I got into arguement at school and this girl had a teacher that alot of people didn't like including me. So we were talking about the teacher in a bad way like saying she was obiece and other non-sence so then the student started to talk about me so me and my mouth started to get smart with her and of course she started to cry and played a drama queen roll and got me into trouble with the teacher so i got writin up on a 190 and got removed from school so now i had a conference today and she didn't get into trouble and she didn't so do u think i was right for getting smart and do u think it was right for me to get into trouble without her getting into trouble???

IF SHE WAS INVOLVED IN THE SAME WAY YOU WERE SHE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME PUNISHMENT...

No it is not right. But unfortunately we still have people who get away with all kinds of crap and never seem to get in trouble for it. Not much you can do now except totally ignore this person who got you in trouble.

She got you into trouble because you were rude to her, and obviously really hurt her feelings. This means that not only were you being nasty about the teacher, but also about the girl who you were with! She won't get into trouble, because even though she was also bad-mouthing the teacher, she was also hurt by you. Its not entirely fair, but you should learn to keep your mouth shut (and also how to spell!)

i think its messed up that you were talking bout the teacher....you kno some ppl cant help the way they are or how they look so in the future remember that you need to be reaspectful of your elders and maybe you wont get in trouble

I think if you both did the same thing then you both deserve the same punishment.
