Obviously you hate all even more and more.

Seriously speaking, this is indeed a major problem ...... those who face it really experience Hell on earth.

One of the most important reason for this is a lack of self-esteem. Unless we ourselves have a good opinion of ourselves, our behaviour and interaction with others neither carry substance nor form ..... as a result, others too start thinking lowly of us. This hurts a lot........ and the reaction is hate towards all...... this hatred for everything and everyone is actually a protective mechanism within our mind to immunise against the hurt caused by other people thinking lowly of us and ignoring us too.

Positive thinking is the answer for this problem. Deliberate effort needs to be made to think and recall all good things that has happened to us as well as every little good things we have done.... deliberately remember all little little successes.... recall occasions when someone perhaps praised us even though in a guarded or indirect manner. We need to set up for ourselves simple short term goals, work for them and get the habit of achieving.

There is another strange possibility which is exactly the other side of the above ...... if one thinks very very highly of oneself ..... something like extreme superiority complex, even then this hate-all situation could occur. We hate all others since we start believing they are lowly because they are not making enough efforts or they have inferior brains. For any failure they quickly find someone else or something to blame and of course hate. Such people are quite incorrigible and need a huge failure event to land on the ground.

I don't know your age or circumstances but most people go through a period in there education and life were they are just disgusted with everything and everyone. The world is happy to return the feeling. I went through a period like that in my life. It was a very angry frustrating period. But I came through it and realized that it was myself that I did not like very much. You can not like the world without liking yourself. Some people get help from mental health types while going through this period some do not. If it lasted very long or made me want to hurt myself or others then I would think very hard about getting a little help to get through it.

Begin to focus on positives only. Though negatives exist, discard them completely. Continue to focus on positives and your life will turn around.

Good luck.

If you would be nicer to everyone and stop being hatefull to them, they would like you more. If you have pissed everyone off you know by being hatefull to them, then you may have to make new friends.
