You live in a world where Santa Claus is real and where cartoons can really become presidents.... If you ask tht question in a literal context .If you're askin 4 d symbolical significance of that line from Simon and Garfunkel's hit song, I would say that God loves everyone regardless of their shortcomings, imperfections and weaknesses, it is only this universal truth that protects God-fearing human beings from eternal damnation.
