Any word with the root MAL sounds pretty bad
There's also NECRO or MORT for death
the S sound and K sound and V sound have Hisses and the harsh sound and the rich sound that can make evil sounds.
Just sound out SKV, or VSKS and they sound pretty bad. So add vowels to it and you're good.

Look up some names of devils, goblins, sprites, etc.
Valkyries, Vodyanoi, Acheri, Rusalki, Scylla, Abatwa, Kilyakai are all names of imaginary beings. don't use them as is but you can change some of the sounds to adopt it to your story.

You can also mix up the letters or spell something backwards.
redrum -- murder
I am Lord Voldemort -- Tom Marvolo Riddle (notice the root word mort)

Last suggestion -- find how a word sounds in another language and use that to create your name.
ex: Flower Princess in Japanese is HanaHime so maybe the girls name is Hana or use the previous suggestion and turn it backwards into Emihanah.

Any translation site can give you any word you want in any language.

What's the 'evil world' like? Base the name off of its description. For a cheesy example, for a snowy world entirely of icy plains, one might name it glaciera. Or there are websites that can help spark your imagination...
