I am getting calls from someone that says they are stalking me but the police won't do anything till he does something first

unfortunately there's no way for the normal person to see where a cell phone user is. They can have a number from another area and be several thousand miles from where the number was issued.

I suggest you record the conversations if your phone allows you to in order to give to the police. The cell phone companies can work with law enforcement to determine who/where the cell phone user is.

you can usually tell by the area code , which is the first 3 diggets on the phone number then when you do get the first 3 diggets you can get online and look it up and then see where this person is calling you from or just to put it all behind you try blocking the phone number..hope this helps .. good luck

Check your detailed bill info. You can probably tell from the incoming call section. If it doesnt say the state then check the area code and figure out what state the area code is from.
