wat does the "ask" botton on the top of dis paje meen.?

It will allow you to ask a question, just like you did right now. When you ask a question, you get 5 points subtracted from your total. When you answer a question, you get 2 points added. If you choose a best answer to a question you asked, you will get 3 points refunded to you.
