YES!!! its like Pinocchio, instead of lying to make his nose longer it's the meaner the more marionette mouth !!!

Actually I never noticed any of my elderly clients having this condition....but now that you've mentioned it I must notice this week when I see each one to see if they do or not.

Yes, but I've noticed it more on women, than men, maybe because their chins are narrower?
