From what I understand, the only way to do size girth-wise is with SWELLING. The jelquing techniques will increase girth, but if dont improperly, can be dangerous. You can also massage it with some sort of insect poison, which will swell it up in size for a pretty long period of time.
However, this stuff isnt permananet by any means and you will need to keep doing them.
