my modem light for the internet service is RED. I tried the off/on button, unplugging, rebooting, everything and nothing is working.

I have no idea what that number you posted is, but if it's your phone number or something else important, I would remove it from public view...

First I would recommend you call your internet provider.. they may be having dificulties and the problem is on their end.. If they say all is ok then do the following.. unplug your modem and also unconnect it from the cable or phone line..un connect you computer f rom the modem and wait a full minute then reconnect everything. The modem should start flashing trying to find your isp. If it it doesn't then you may have a bad modem.

Bad idea to put your phone number on here. Anyway, contact your ISP and ask them, you might have a bad modem.

your service provider isnt online, they're working on the line or something... just have to give it time.
