Organizations will have more information about their customers. Customers will have more information about the companies they buy from. Everything happens faster each year. Organizations that can change rapidly will prosper, while less flexible organizations will decline.

More information will be stored via the web, rather than on your personal computer. That way you can 1) Access it anywhere in the world, and 2) you won't lose anything if your computer breaks or is stolen.
