No cos... only people who suck up to the boss... gets the promotion... have tot of leaving but wait till end of the year..

I currently feel valued at my job. There really isn't anything frustrating at the job for me right now, the most rewarding thing for me at the job would be learning a new skill quickly. Actually I thought about leaving so I could be closer to home but financially it would not make much sense, and it's not easy finding people that have a good professional way of looking at things.

I recently left a job where I did not feel valued at all. I was a contract employee working at a government agency, and was shocked at how shabbily contractors were treated. I lasted a year but it was hard. I'll never do that again.
