Nintendo wii is just a gimmick. After 1hour of game play you will fall down exhausted, not to mention the repetitive strain injuries you will sustain Buy an Xbox 360 with Hi Def DVD player. Best value for money and best games and live platform.
If you must have one
WAIT UNITIL THE NEW YEAR. Don't get ripped off on eBay.

Go back to one of those stores and put your name on the waiting list. There is a lot of buzz about a possible shipment on the 17th. Putting your name on the waiting list would eliminate the need to check back every day to see if they're in stock.

My idea is to WAIT and in a few months, if that long, they will have CAUGHT UP to demand. They know they can't meet demand when they start. That's why they put them out for the holiday rush. They know they can sell them at the holidays. So they put them out right around that time to sell them. Rather then wait until the supply is built up they want to get them out when they will sell best.

Try Chips in Arnold or Game in the Victoria centre.. If they haven't got any in stock then the man who runs Chips is very helpful and should be able to give you a pointer or two :-)

You have got no chance luv, they were sold out everywhere in just 12 hrs.

The only place they have them is on ebay and I heard people are bidding up to 500 pounds for them!

Good luck, you'll need it!

wait until the new year - or go to eBay, i'm sure some unscrupulous bast**d will take five times your cash for a machine they never wanted.
