First of all, define exactly what you mean by "sex therapist".
Are you talking about taking a graduate degree in psychology and counselling or are you contemplating becoming a sex surrogate? If the latter, ideally you'll work as part of a team approach to dealing with troublesome issues of sexuality - and you'll need at least a Bachelor's Degree in psychology. The place to start is at University - get your Bachelor's before you go any further towards becoming any sort of therapist.
