Since no one has emphasized the Mankind/Undertaker thing much, here are my two cents. The initial fall where Mick (Mankind) went through the table was planned. The second fall, where he went through the cell's ceiling, was NOT. It was supposed to be a standard chokeslam, but due to the weight involved with the maneuver, the cage broke. As Mick says in his book, "Have A Nice Day!", it was both the best and the worst chokeslam he has received. The best because it was impressive to watch, and the worst because he didn't even leave the cell surface completely. Adding insult to injury, there was a steel chair that went down with him smashing into his head milliseconds after he hit. It is a testament to the abilities and professionalism of these two that the match continued afterwords

sure just like Days of our lives and Passions are... how do I explain Owen Hart dying

"Owen performed a practice stunt earlier in the day, and the stunt went forward on the show as scheduled. His wife Martha has suggested that, by moving around to get comfortable with both the harness and his cape on, Owen unintentionally triggered an early release and fell 78 feet (24 m) into the ring, smashing his chest on a padded, but still tough, ring turnbuckle."

Accidents happen, wrestling did not kill him the fall did!

Actually some what of it is real, not everything is true. I ask myself how they do those things in front of millions live and how can they hide it???!!! It is scripted though how do they know how long the matches are going to take?? It always ends at the same time it only lasts two hours exactly. Most things are fake, but nobody knows when accidents are going to happen, now that's real. I agree bodies have been injured, but it's all fake. People may die in real life there, but also the character can die, but not the real person!!!

I am awake!!! Here is what you have to do, Put down the remote and walk away from the T.V and study for your Upcoming tests. And Regarding to Owen Hart the wwe got sued from that,It,s fake Its all scripted on who wins and on the time limit . Look at the refs ear,he has a ear piece in so the people from the truck can tell him to tell the wrestlers That they have to hurry up with there match so they can get the other matches in for the 2 hour time frame that they have for the T.V Viewers

Wrestiling it self as in the things they do are real Owen Harts accident was just that a accident not part of the show everything else that happens is real you cant fake that but no matter how fake it is the outcome is skripted they already knows who is gonna win so what happens during the match it doesnt matter the outcome will still be as planned

I know people have been injured and everything but they are accidents. Also with mankind they but extra padding where he landed and they are all effectively stunt men. They all knwo how to fall and take hits. As for owen hart If you go to the link it will explain exactly what happened and that it was an accident.

Hope this answers your question.

I'll explain Owen......

He did an entrance stunt coming down from the rafters when his saftey harness failed (some would say he committed suicide) and he went head first into the turnbuckle thus killing him pretty much easily. If Jim Ross wasn't yapping on about something during the PPV everyone who saw the PPV would of seen it happen instead of those who saw it in house.

As for mankind the first rule of wrestling school is how to take a fall.

Wrestling is fake and is widely recognized as that fact.

Injuries happens in life too

now go back to sleep.

no one is denying that wrestling is real, when people say that wrestling is fake, (which it is) they mean that the story lines are all made up, a winner is decided before the match, the people wrestling eachother are usually friends and are not actually angry at eachother, whether wrestling is real or fake has nothing to do with Owen hart, that was just an accident.

This is the one question that really gets to me and no matter what any of us think real or not the risk is still there for all the guys and girls who get out there week after week to make people feel that it's real and even though I grew up in the middle of the biggest wrestling family in the south I still flinch right along with them because you know when it's REAL - REST IN PEACE OWEN!!!!!!

well e4cw and tna is real. some of wwe is real for example, the owen hart inncident or when undertaker slammed lbl through that limo. as you can see the blood is real. the moves is not. when someone gets a tombstone from undertaker they dont do nonthing it looks like they are joining with him. or when bret had does the sharpshooter no one got out of that one. in other words blood, injuries, death, and early retirement in restling are real. the storylines are just a soap opera remember that.
