well following dante he would either go to the level for wrathful people where he will be drowning in a river of boiling blood, if I remember correctly offhand, or in the last level of hell for the betrayers, frozen up to the neck in ice. He and Kissinger will probably be together eating eachother's heads.

Mrs thatcher was not a great friend of general pinochet.
They had an understanding.
Please dont be naive, does anyone really believe that any nation in the entire world doesnt have trade, military or politcial agreements with recognised dictators?pinochet was small potatoes, focus your anger on the real deal like kim jong il.
