The best thing to do is to push yourself as hard as you can. It may be that you've got a stumoch bug or the begginings of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which can be caused by stress. Just eat carefully (plain Food) and make sure you have regular exercise and sleep properly (no partying) and it should solve itself. Any teacher will be understanding if you explain what the problem is they may even suggest seeing the school councillor or have a private session to talk about your problems. Don't keep it to yourself. Talk about it.

Best of Luck.

You should go to college and mix with people. I also suggest that you learn english from home....1 A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

First, go to your doctor about the pain and tiredness. Second go to you school counselor about the stress that you are feeling in class. At this point you can't make a good decision for yourself due to the pain and feelings of stress. Go to your doctor and your counselor before you make any major life decisions.

You should continue. But not continuing you'll only make matters worse. You enjoy it, so you should continue. Good luck anyway.
