No, but it wouldn't bother me 1 bit if we were to "give" them some bombs.

Yes, we have aready seen the opening salvos in the "Great Penguin Wars" as they are subverting the very concept of oil drilling and pollution that made this country great. This will be a Christmas gift of great benefit to his friends in the oil bidness.
Conservative Woman, it was a Republican majority in the Congress, under a Republican president, who voted for the war, that makes it go down in history as a Republican Congress, and if you defend the war as much as most Reps do then why try to downplay the Rep vote, and at the same time put down the Dems for believing the President of the United States was telling the truth?

Why do you assume that war is an action taken lightly by President Bush or the Republicans? What kind of silliness is that? That's just stupid.
The war in Afghanistan and Iraq were undertaken in a very serious manner as the best course of action to take against the growing threat of Islamic terrorists and their warming relationship with a tyrant with WMDs. These were not undertaken for joy of death and destruction, but as risky but necessary actions for the protection of America and Americans, and as a strong action against the growing threat of jihadists.
But so many people, shallow people, only saw through the lens of their hatred of Bush, and still only see that way.
They see the failure of these actions as a good thing because in their minds, it repudiates Bush and Republicans. They fail to see that their actions and words have caused irreparable damage to the goal of these actions, have supported and encouraged our enemies, and have dissuaded our allies.
To think (to use the term very loosely) that President Bush would lightly engage in a military venture against Iran or North Korea for silly reasons is not a sign of a serious or mature mind.

No, he will wait a while. As the public gets wind of what his plan has been all this time, they will begin to call for his Impeachment. BushCo's plan is already in motion in the Middle East, in North America, and here in the US, and they have no intention of surrendering it. I"m sure they plan something to captivate our attention. It could be an attack on Iran, an attack on the US, or perhaps even collapsing the economy. But, for certain they plan something spectacular that is designed to completely distract us from questioning Bush, and then lead us to conclude that his "leadership" has been a signal benefit to this nation and to all mankind. The slogan will be something like "we need George at this most difficult time, and we cannot afford to change course while we live under such a threat."

No, that's up to Fox News. The Weekly Standard is telling Bush to bomb Iran on his way out of office, so we'll have to wait 2 more years, darn.
